NIICCA

NIICCA was a charity started back in 2000 and it became registered in 2001. I took over the design and maintainence of the site in 2007. Since then it has undergone numerous redesigns, hence no image at the minute. There is a major overhaul happening and the site should be up by the end of August 2010.
